结肠净水疗法治疗慢传输型便秘临床观察

Therapeutic Efficacy of Colonic Hydrotherapy in the Treatment of Slow Transit Constipation

为观察结肠净水疗法治疗慢传输型便秘的疗效，将单纯慢传输型便秘30例随机分为两组，治疗组15例用结肠净水疗法治疗，对照组15例用西沙必利治疗。治疗组总有效率66．7％，对照组总有效率66．6％（P〉0．05），但对照组的不良反应明显多于治疗组。结果表明．结肠净水疗法治疗慢传输型便秘与传统西沙必利口服治疗疗效无明显差异，但不良反应较少，对患者影响较小。

Thirty patients with slow transit constipation were evenly randomized into two groups. The patients in the study group（ n =50） underwent colonic hydrotherapy,while the patients in the control group （ n = 15） underwent cisapride treatment. As results,the improvement rate in the study group was 66.7 %, that in the control group was 66.6%（ P 〉0.05） ,and the adverse reactions in the control group were more than that in the study group. It is concluded that colonic hydrotherapy has similar therapeutic efficacy with cisapride in the treatment of slow transit constipation,but has less adverse reation.
