摘要
为了总结直肠肛管损伤的诊断指标和处理措施，回顾性分析21例直肠肛管损伤病例确诊方法和治疗措施。结果显示，本组治愈20例，死亡1例。结果表明，尽早诊断并采取合理的手术方法，是减少并发症、提高治愈率的关键。
The objective of this study is to investigate the diagnostic indexes and managements in the treatment of the closed injury of rectum and anal canal. The data of 21 cases were analized retrospectively. As results,20 cases were cured, 1 case death. It is concluded that timely diagnosis and rational operational methods are the key in reducing the complications, improving the cure rate.
