摘要
在中温厌氧条件下,以葡萄糖为共基质,采用间歇试验法,通过测定甲烷累积产量,研究了十溴二苯醚和4,4’-二溴二苯醚的厌氧生物降解性,利用相对活性值判断多溴二苯醚对产甲烷菌的抑制程度。结果表明:在受试浓度下,测定条件为35℃、化学需氧量(COD)10000~11000mg/L、pH7.0~7.5时,十溴二苯醚对产甲烷菌产生轻度抑制;二溴二苯醚在质量浓度为5mg/L条件下对产甲烷菌产生中度抑制,其余浓度条件下对产甲烷菌产生轻度抑制。
A batch anaerobic test was conducted to examine the biodegradation of decabromodiphenyl ether (BDE-209) and 4,4' -dibromodiphenyl ether (BDE-15) by measuring the accumulative production of methane. The relative activity values were used to determine the inhibition level of polybrominated diphenyl ethers on methanogenie bacteria. The test conditions were that glucose was used as eo-substrate, temperature 35℃ , COD 10 000-11 000 mg/L and pH 7.0-7.5. The experimental results indicated that there was slight inhibition when concentrations of BDE-209 were 0.5, 5, 15, 25, 50 mg/L, respectively. Middle inhibition was observed when concentration of BDE-15 was 5 mg/L, but slight inhibition was seen at the rest concentrations.
