草料装锅对蒸煮影响的试验研究

Effect of Chopped-Grass Packing on Cooking Quality

模拟试验了蔗渣不同料液混合均匀性对蒸煮的影响。提出了用料液混合装锅器进行料液混合装锅的新方法，并用该法与简易机械式装锅器装锅进行了装锅和装锅后蒸煮的对比试验。结论是草料料液混合均匀性对蒸煮质量和产量有很大影响，料液混合装锅可以显著提高料液混合均匀性，提高蒸煮质量和产量。

The effect of different uniformity of bagasse—liquor on cooking quality was experimented.A method of mixing packing of choppedgrass and liquor was put forward,it could improve significantly the uniformity of choppedgrass and liquor thus upgrade the pulp quality and production.It also indicated that the mixing uniformity of chopped-grass and liquor has great effect on cooking quality and production.
