部分替代卷烟配方中津巴布韦烟叶研究

Study on Reducing Proportion of Zimbabwean Tobacco in Cigarette Blend

为了改善津巴布韦进口烟叶原料紧缺及质量不稳定的状况,通过对津巴布韦烟叶和国产优质烟叶常规化学成分和部分香气成分的分析及单料烟的感官评吸,开展对津巴布韦烟叶和国产优质烟叶的评价与特征的研究、叶组配方技术研究、调香技术研究,研发改进替代技术。结果表明,通过对国产优质烟叶配方模块有针对性地加香加料,使用国产烟叶部分替代津巴布韦烟叶是可行的,替代后的叶组配方成本较替代前下降了8元/万支,每年可节约配方成本80多万元。

In order to deal with the problems of short supply and quality fluctuation of Zimbabwean tobacco, the routine chemical components and some aromatic components in Zimbabwean and quality domestic tobacco were analyzed and their sensory quality was evaluated, and the studies on the evaluation and characteristics of Zimbabwean and quality domestic tobacco, blending and flavoring were carried out. The results showed that： it is feasible to substitute quality domestic tobacco for Zimbabwean tobacco by casing and flavoring formulated specially for this purpose, and the tobacco cost of blend decreases by 8 yuan per 10000 cigs. , or 800 thousand yuan/year.
