摘要
柔性烟草制丝生产线中灵活多变的自动化输送路径为总体规划设计带来不便,为此,以穿梭车和AGV(自动导引小车)为例介绍了物流系统的仿真,以对物流系统进行合理优化。运用仿真软件EM-Plant建立了柔性制丝生产线模型,仿真模型包括3个生产段及2个功能区:叶片松散回潮段、叶片加料段、切丝烘丝配比加香段,在3个生产段中穿插着烟箱清洁区和库区2个功能区。仿真结果显示,穿梭车和AGV均可以满足试验线上生产区域和存储区域之间的连接,以及各生产段连续生产的需要,合理调度穿梭车可以使各个出货站台等待时间最小,合理设计路径可以提高AGV的输送效率,从而达到优化柔性制丝生产线物流系统的目的。
The flexible and changeful automatic conveying routes in a flexible tobacco primary processing line complicate the work on general planning, in order to optimize the logistic system, the simulation of logistic system was introduced by taking shuttle vehicle and AGV as examples. The simulation software Em-Plant was applied to establish the model of the flexible tobacco primary processing line, which was composed of 3 processing sections (strips loosening and conditioning section, strips casing section and tobacco cutting, drying, blending and flavoring section) and 2 functional dreas (tobacco box cleaning area and storage area). The simulation results showed that shuttle vehicle and AGV could meet the requirements of the linking between processing and storage areas and the continuous processing of each section. Reasonable scheduling of shuttle vehicle could minimize the waiting time at each outbound platform, reasonable route planning could improve the conveying efficiency of AGV, and optimize the logistic system accordingly.
