摘要
在简要论述TMP、CTMP、APMP一般机理的基础上,着重介绍了近年来国外期刊发表的部分有关论述及研究工作中的新成果。
Some issues and new research results about TMP,CTMP,APMP which were published in recent years are briefly reviewed.These are:two different compression ratio of screw feeder shows different impregnation performance;different fiber wall layer has different softening behavior,softening of secondary wall needs higher level sulfonation.In the presence of Nacation,carboxic acid group which is resulted from reaction of peroxide with lignin,can soften wood in the same manner as sulfonic acid group.The initial temperatrue of hardwood chip at the entrance of refiner plays an important role in influencing the specific energy consumption and quality of the final pulp.All of these are referred to chemical treatment.The mechanism for refining is also described in this paper.They include what happened while chip is refining described in light of newest photographic and analysis technique.The theoretical derivation of equations for determining:radial velocity of pulp in refiner,resident time of the pulp in refiner,and refining intensity are described,then they can be calculated from refiner design parameters and operating parameters.Some predictions of the equations are also discussed.One trial of TMP and other for SCMP are carried out independently in pilot plants with two stage refiners,the resident time,refining intensity were calculated individually by those equations,and some definite relationship that pulp property is a function of specific energy consumption and refining intensity has been drawn respectively.
