摘要
针对汽油精炼废水中C/N低的现状,研究了鸟粪石沉淀法对后续生化工艺的影响。实验选择硫酸镁和磷酸二氢钾作沉淀剂,研究了不同pH和硫化物浓度下氨氮的去除效率。鸟粪石沉淀法能够将C/N提高到20左右,强化了后续生化处理工艺的出水水质。最终出水的氨氮质量浓度<5 mg/L,COD<50 mg/L,完全满足回用要求,达到了节水和环境保护的目的。
According to the low C/N in gasoline refinery wastewater (GRW), the effect of struvite precipitation (magnesium ammonium phosphate, MAP) on the sequent biological process has been investigated. MgSO4 and KH2PO4 are used as precipitants and the removing efficiency of NH4^+ -N with different pH and sulfide concentration has been studied. The precipitation of struvite could increase the ratio of C/N to about 20, which will enhance the sequent biological process and ameliorate the quality of effluent. The concentrations of NH4^+ -N and COD are less than 5 mg/L and 50 mg/L respectively. The effluent could meet the requirements of recycle, which effectively saves the fresh water and protects the environment.
