摘要
研究了钢纤维含量分别为0、1.0%、1.5%、2.0%、2.5%、3.0%等6种混凝土在围压条件下的动态压缩试验,围压分别为0、8、16、24 MPa等4个量级;基于试验数据建立了不同围压和不同体积率钢纤维混凝土三向受力状态的模型。分析结果表明:在不同围压条件下,发挥钢纤维混凝土最佳性能的纤维含量是不同的,围压越高相应的钢纤维含量则越小。该模型可以描述围压条件下钢纤维混凝土的动态力学性能。
The dynamical press tests of composite concrete materials with different volume ratiO of steel fiber were carried out under different confined pressures.The volume ratio of steel fiber are 0, 1.0%, 1.5%, 2.0%, 2.5%, 3,0%, and the press are 0,8,16,24 MPa respectively.The model of the different confined pressures and volume ratios of steel fiber is established basing on experimental data and fitted formula.The analysis re- suits show that under the different confined pressures, the volume ratio of steel fiber for exerting the SFRC best performance is different, the higher the confining pressure is,the lower volume ratio of steel fibe is.The given models can describe the dynamical mechanical property of SFRC under different confined pressures.
