摘要
研究了粉煤灰与矿渣双掺配合比和掺量对再生混凝土不同龄期耐磨性能的影响,结果表明:粉煤灰与矿渣双掺配合比对再生混凝土早期耐磨性能影响较小,优选提高再生混凝土后期耐磨性能的粉煤灰与矿渣双掺配合比为4∶1;再生混凝土早期耐磨性能随粉煤灰与矿渣掺量增加而降低,优选提高再生混凝土后期耐磨性能的粉煤灰与矿渣掺量为20%。掺入粉煤灰与矿渣会降低再生混凝土早期耐磨性能;粉煤灰颗粒的高耐磨性和在后期粉煤灰与矿渣复合活性效应的发挥是提高再生混凝土后期耐磨性能的主要原因。
The effects of mixture ratio and amount of fly ash and blast fumace slag on wear resistant ability of recycled concrete at different ages were researched,and the results show that the mixture ratio of fly ash and blast furnace slag affect the wear resistant ability of recycled concrete less at early age,and the selective mixture ratio of fly ash and blast furnace slag that improved the wear resistant ability of recycled concrete at lat- er age was 4:1 ;the wear resistant ability of recycled concrete reduced as the amount of fly ash and blast furnace slag increased,and the selective amount of fly ash and blast furnace slag that improved the wear resistant ability of recycled concrete at later age was 20%.The wear resistant ability of recycled concrete reduced when fly ash and blast furnace slag added;the high wear resistant ability of fly ash particles and the exploiting of compound active effects of fly ash and blast furnace slag were the reasons that improved the wear resistant ability of recycled concrete at later age.
