摘要
喀浪古尔水库引水泄洪隧洞在两次质量检查中均被评为不合格工程,恢复续建后,隧洞工程的进展成为整个喀浪古尔水库枢纽工程的关键。受该工程建管局的委托,对隧洞衬砌结构进行了全面的检测,查清了衬砌裂缝和顶拱厚度不足等主要缺陷,分析了缺陷产生原因、对结构稳定安全性的影响,提出了处理措施,并经处理确保了隧洞安全稳定运行。隧洞混凝土衬砌的典型缺陷在该隧洞结构中几乎均有体现,并且程度较重。针对不同缺陷分类阐明了检测情况、缺陷产生原因、对结构稳定安全性的影响和处理方案,以期为广大工程技术人员提供参考。
Flood discharge tunnel in Kalangguer reservoir was judged to be disqualified project, after the construction resuming, the progress of tunnel building become the key stone of the whole project.On the commission of the investor, a comprehensive inspection of the lining was taken, the cracks of lining and the insufficient thickness are found to be the main defects, and then the influence of the whole stability on the lining is ana- lyzed,the blue-print of repair is put up.The lining keeps good after being repaired.Almost all of the typical defects of tunnel linings have taken place in the tunnel, and almost in rather bad degree.The inspection, the reason, and the influence of the defects are remarked, which can increase the experience of tunnel repair.
