摘要 建立了钻具连接螺纹的轴对称和三维空间有限元模型,分析了钻具螺纹在给定上扣扭矩作用下外螺纹和内螺纹的应力变化。在相同上扣扭矩作用下,空间模型较轴对称模型螺纹第1扣根部应力增大了20%左右。分析出由于空间螺旋效应对钻具螺纹应力的影响,为钻具连接螺纹的失效分析和轴对称分析的研究方法提供了理论依据。 An axial symmetry of a drill connecting thread and three-dimensional finite element model were established. It was analyzed that the axisymmetric model of drill thread under a given making-up torque and the stress changes of external and internal thread in the space model drill. The stress on the first round of thread root was increased about 20% more in the space model than that of axisymmetric model stress, applied by same making up torque. It was further analyzed that because of the impact of a space spiral effect to the stress of drill thread, a theoretical basis has been provided for both the failure analysis of thread connecting to drill and the research methodology of axial symmetry.
