新型压裂泵用蜗杆传动的接触应力有限元分析

摘要 根据压裂设备发展的需要,针对压裂泵传动机构在CS600新型压裂泵研制中采用蜗杆传动形式,按照啮合原理,采用以计算机语言编程计算为基础的离散模型构造法,建立平面二次包络环面蜗杆传动副的三维模型,在ANSYS环境中对其进行了静态接触分析。通过对蜗杆副接触应力分析,掌握了蜗杆副接触应力的状况,找出了该蜗杆副的优越性,为下一步压裂泵蜗杆传动的强度计算和结构设计奠定了理论基础。 According to the meshing theory, the 3-D model of planar double enveloping hourglass worm gearing was established by the discrete model structured approach on the basis of computer language program, under the environment of ANSYS, the static solution of contact stress was carried out.
