摘要
为分析某在役SH150型双臂吊环与大钩连接处阶梯状裂纹群的成因,对该吊环进行了宏观检验及化学成分、力学性能、金相组织分析。结果表明,吊环存在表面脱碳层,使用时存在偏磨是导致吊环表面开裂的主要原因。
In order to analyze cause of stepladder cracks on the joint of a SH150 elevator link with hook, the elevator link was investigated using macroscopic examination, chemical composition analysis, metallographic analysis and mechanical properties test. It was showed that decarburized layer existed on the surface of elevator link and inhomogeneous wear on service were the main causes.
