摘要
介绍了海洋平台9 000 m钻井模块绞车的技术方案、结构特点、性能特点和主要的技术参数。该绞车采用4台700 kW交流变频电机驱动,通过2副单级齿轮传动来驱动滚筒轴,在绞车后部配置有2台小电机驱动的自动送钻装置。该绞车与国内同类产品相比,具有外型尺寸小、传动效率高、结构简单、质量轻、性价比高等特点;电机等主要部件采用高等级防护,以适应海上平台的要求。
The technology project, structure characteristic, performance feature, and main parameters of drawworks for 9 000 m offshore platform were introduced. This drawworks adopted 4 sets of 700 kW AC variable frequency motor drive, and two single gears to drive drum. On the rear of drawworks, two small-scale motors was equipped with auto driller device. Comparing with the same type production in China, it has small in size, high efficiency transmission, simple structure, light weight, and high ratio of price and performance. The main components of the motor used high protection to suit the operation in offshore drilling.
