摘要
目的:优选消石利胆浓缩丸的制备工艺。方法:以芍药苷含量为指标,采用正交试验法优选消石利胆浓缩丸制备工艺。结果:药材提取的工艺为:加水量12倍,提取3次,每次1h,壳聚糖处理所得滤液,浓缩至相对密度1.35(60℃)。结论:本法研制的消石利胆浓缩丸处方合理,工艺可行。
Objective： To investigate the preparation process of Xiaoshilidan concentration pills. Method： The formula of Xiaoshilidan concentration pills was optimized in terms of paeoniflorin content by orthogonal design test. Result： The best extraction condition was： adding 12 folds water and extracting lh, for 3 times. The filtrate was treated by chitosan, and concentrated to relative densityl. 35 at 60℃. Conclusion： The prescription and technology of Xiaoshilidan concentration pills is reasonable and effective.
