摘要
目的:建立HPLC法测定加味逍遥丸中芍药苷的含量。方法:色谱柱:Dikmond C_(18)柱(250 mm×4.5mm,5μm),流动相:甲醇-0.05mol磷酸氢二钠(用0.05M磷酸二氢钾调pH至7.0)(35:65),检测波长:321nm,流速:1.0ml·min^(-1)。结果:芍药苷\浓度在15.75~126.00μg·ml^(-1)的范围内与峰面积线性关系良好(r=0.999 8),平均加样回收率为99.95%(RSD= 0.1%)。结论:本法精密度高、重复性良好,可用于控制加味逍遥丸中芍药苷的含量。
Objective: To establish the method of determination paeoniflorin in Jiaweixiaoyao pills by HPLC. Method : Paeoniflorin in the tablets was determined by HPLC with Dikmond C18 column (250mm ×4.5mm, 5 μm). the mobile phase consisted of methol - 0.05mol natrium hydrogen phosphonate (adjust pH7.4 with 0.05mol Kalium bihydrogen phosphonate) (35: 65 ), The detective wavelength was at 321nm, and the flow rate was 1.0 ml ·min^-1. Result: The calibration curve were linear within the range of 15.75 - 126.00μg· ml ^-1 ( r = 0. 999 8 ). The average recovery was 99.95 % ( RSD = 0.1% ). Conclusion : This method has high degree of precision and good reproducibility, which can be used as the quality control for this preparation.
