HPLC法测定银翘伤风胶囊中牛蒡苷的含量

Determination of the Arctiin in Yinqiaoshangfeng Capsule by HPLC

目的:建立银翘伤风胶囊中牛蒡苷的含量测定方法。方法:采用Diamonsil^(TM)(钻石)C_(18)色谱柱(200mm×4.6mm, 5μm),以甲醇-水(45:55)为流动相,流速1.0ml·min^(-1),检测波长为280nm。结果:牛蒡苷在0.96～7.71μm范围内线性关系良好,r=0.999 9,平均加样回收率为100.3%,RSD=0.81%(n=6)。结论:该检测方法简便、准确、重复性好,适合于银翘伤风胶囊中牛蒡苷的质量控制。

Objective： To establish an HPLC method for the determination of the arctiin in Yinqiaoshangfeng capsule. Method：The DiamonsilTM C18 column （ 200mm × 4.6mm, 5 μm） was used. The mobile phase consisted of methanol-water （45 ： 55 ）, flow rate was 1.0ml· min^-1, and the detection wavelength was set at 280nm. Result： The good linear range of arctiin was 0.96 - 7.71 μg （ r = 0.999 9）. The average recovery was 100.3 % , and the RSD was 0. 81% （ n = 6 ）. Conclusion ： The method is simple, fast and repro-ducible, and suitable for the quality control of Yinqiaoshangfeng capsule.
