摘要
知识经济和信息社会的到来,在全球范围内改变了生产方式和商业模式,也改变了财富分配的格局。现代工程活动正在从单纯技术活动拓展到新的空间,一方面从传统的生产领域延伸到商务活动、医疗保健和生态保护,另一方面又把狭窄的技术过程与管理过程、流通和经营过程在ICT平台上更大程度地整合起来,形成高附加值的现代工程链。以双螺旋(工程过程链、工程价值链)为特征的工程链,对工程教育提出新的挑战,它要求工程教育工作者在理念和行动上采取积极的回应。
With the knowledge-based economy and information society, great changes happen in the pattern of material production and wealth distribution all over the world. Modem engineering activities have been extended to the new space. On the one hand, its traditional areas of production have extended to the fields of commercial, healthy and ecological environment. On the other hand, since the narrow production technology has been integrated into the proeess of management and business, a high added - value engineering chain has been built, which is like the Doubh, Helix with engineering process chain and value chain. As a result, it makes new challenges to engineering education, and we should take an active response with a positive vision.
