研究型大学精英人才培养模式探索--华南理工大学电子信息类专业教育改革的实践

Exploration of Elites Cultivation Mode in Research Universities

研究型大学的重要使命之一是培养精英人才。本文基于学校具体办学情况,针对新时期人才需求,提出了电子信息类专业精英人才的新内涵:专业精英思维、"宽深厚"的知识体系、综合创新能力。通过采用三类"特色班"培养方式、建设贯通式课程体系、搭建立体化创新实践平台,从个性、知识、能力三方面对精英人才内涵进行针对性培养,三者相互联系,形成一个有机整体,引导学生明确成长目标,不断获得克服困难、解决问题的成功体验,形成"目标+持续成就感"的正向反馈与良性循环的持续强化培养,最终实现具有精英素质的电子信息类专业人才的培养目标。

One of the major tasks for research universities is to cultivate the elites. In accordance with the talent demand in the new period, this paper has been endowed with a new connotation to the elites majoring in electronic information based on concrete school running condition which includes professional elite thinking, broad and profound knowledge system as well as the comprehensive innovation ability. Through applying the three types of ＂the characteristic classes＂ in cultivation, building through-style curriculum system and setting three-dimensional platform for innovation practice, the new training mode carries the personality, knowledge and ability on the targeted raise of elite talents＇ quality. These three aspects are connected with each other, forming an organic whole to guide the students to set a clear growth goal and to gain successful experience in overcoming difficulties and solving problems continually. It also forms the forward feedback and sustained positive cycle of strengthening training with the concept of ＂Target ＋ Sustained sense of accomplishment＂ to eventually achieve the goals of training outstanding electronic information professionals.
