摘要
人的主观能动是创造力发挥的根本,调动学生的主观能动必须遵循其个性发展的需求。本文通过对"把成才选择权交给学生"教育思想的分析思考,提出了基于学生多层次选择的人才培养模式,并结合本校实际,探讨了课程结构体系、培养方案整体架构、学生培养流程重构、通识教育课程体系、专业方向模块以及创新创业训练计划等方面的改革思路。
Man's subjectivity is the essence for the full play of his creativity and it is thus necessary to follow the needs of personal development in the process of stimuiating students' subjectivity. This paper analyses the education idea of "students' self-decision of personal development" and proposes the talents cultivation model based in the multichoices of students. It also explores the thoughts on reform in the curriculum system, the whole frame of cultivation scheme, the restructuring of students' cultivation process, general education curriculum, modules of specialty orientation and innovation and pioneering training plan.
