摘要
随着我国城市化和新型工业化进程的不断推进,建筑与房地产业已成为国民经济的支柱产业,工程管理专业人才的市场需求日益增加。工程管理专业以工程技术、管理、经济和法律为四个重要支撑平台。在构建基于知识融合的工程管理"四个平台"体系的基础上,深入剖析了工程管理专业"四个平台"体系传统教学模式存在的弊端;进而提出了基于知识融合的工程管理专业平台课程集成模式——"渐进式一体化"教学模式。最后,进一步探讨了工程管理专业教学体系创新的思路及实施措施。
With the continuous promotion of urbanization and new industrialization process in China, construction and real estate industry have become pillar industries of the national economy, and the market demand for construction management professionals is increasingly growing. Engineering technology, management, economy and law have formed four important supporting platforms for construction management specialty. On the basis of establishing its 'four platforms' system based on knowledge fusion, the defects .which existed in the traditional teaching model on 'four platforms' system for construction management specialty are analyzed in depth. Furthermore, the integration model of platform courses for construction management specialty based on knowledge fusion which is called ' Gradual Integration' teaching model is put forward. Finally, the idea and implementation measures on teaching system innovation for construction management specialty are discussed further.
