本文构建了工商管理本科生"三段式"培养模式,突出将工程管理能力培养贯穿于理论教学和实践教学当中,旨在关注学生的全面发展,培养出顺应社会需求的复合型人才。

This paper has constructed the ＂three steps＂ training pattern of business administration undergraduates and makes the training of project management ability run through both the theoretical and the practical teaching,aiming at paying more attention to students＇ full scale development and training of compound talents complying with the social demands.
