摘要
将教育与信息通讯技术结合在一起的数字学习已成为未来教育发展的主要趋势之一。欧盟成员国的许多大学,面临结构与学制的转型以及学生对于高等教育质量要求的日益提高,意识到必须提高数字学习在大学教育中的全面发展与运用。本文研究了目前欧盟高等教育机构数字学习计划的执行情况,并对欧盟数字学习计划的评估原则、方法进行了探讨。
E-learning, which integrates education and ICT, has been one of the main trends of education development in the future. Facing the transformation of education structure and studying length and the students' increasingly demand of higher edueation quality, many universities in European Union realize that they have to enhance the overall development and utilization of E-learning in university education. This paper has made a research on the present perforrnanee of implementing E-learning programs in higher education in European Union, and also explores the evaluation prirleiples and methods of the E-learning programs.
