中国内战时期美国在华情报工作研究(1945～1949)

A Study of the American Intelligence in China in the Years 1945～1949

中国内战时期的美国对华情报工作,处在美国对外情报机构重新调整改变的过程中,其对华情报工作不能不受到影响。随着1947年7月美国中央情报局正式成立,多头领导对华情报工作的情况,才逐渐得以改变。但尽管如此,美国在中国内战时期的对华情报工作,因为没有系统深入的部署和工作,特别是对中共的情报工作缺乏基础,因此,其情报工作明显跟不上中国政治急剧变动的形势。当然,其建立在长期专业训练基础上的情报评估工作,通常还是能够对中国政治发展的趋势,做出比较客观和准确的判断。这使得美国这一时期的对华情报评估工作,对其政策制定依旧有一定的参考价值。

Because U. S. intelligence agencies were in the period of redjustment and change during the civil war in China, its intelligence work had been affected. After the establishment of the U. S. Central Intelligence Agency in July 1947, the chaotic situation in intelligence was more or less changed. Nevertheless, because there was no systematic indepth deployment and work, in particular because the lack of intelligence agents, the United States＇ intelligence work obviously could not keep up with the sharp change in China＇ s political situation during the Chinese civil war. Of course, because of the long-term professional training, U.S. intelligence assessments in general can make more objective and accurate judgments to the development of China＇s political trends.
