Building up Advanced Academic Subject and Base and Improving the Education Quality of Graduates Talents

重庆大学电气工程学科以师资队伍建设为核心,采用稳定、培养、提高、引进的师资队伍建设方针,以计划资助派出研究生导师出国进修和学术交流为手段,快速形成了一支高水平的研究生导师队伍,为创新型人才培养提供了师资保障;提出"一心一意谋发展,专心致志搞建设"的思想,建成了优势明显的国家一级重点学科,为高水平创新型人才培养提供了一流学科研究平台;坚持"十年磨一剑"的苦干精神,走"自力更生"和"产学研"结合的道路,建成了特色鲜明的国家重点实验室,为高水平创新型人才培养创造了一流研究条件。4年来,为国家培养各类研究生700余人,其中2人获得全国百篇优秀博士学位论文奖、19人获得重庆市和重庆大学优秀博士和硕士学位论文奖。

The electrical engineering academic subject in Chongqing University has quickly formed a high level graduate tutor team and has provided a guarantee for the cultivation of creative talents through series methods which include the personnel policy of stabilizing, cultivating, improving and recruiting, the method of taking the construction of teaching staff as the core and the way of planning support graduate tutors abroad for academic visiting and exchanging. By continual struggling and developing, a national first class key academic subject is built up and a top-ranking research platform is provided to educate the creative graduate students. By the spirits of self-dependence and the integral way of production, teaching and research, a national key laborafory is built up and the high level research condition is provided to educate the creative graduate students. More than 700 masters and doctors are graduated during the past 4 years, 2 of whom won Chinese excellent doctor degree thesis award, 19 of whom won Chongqing municipality and Chongqing University excellent degree thesis award.
