滑块斜楔双推板式二次推出机构注塑模的设计 被引量:6

摘要 根据塑料瓶盖内螺纹的结构特点,设计了由中间固定型芯和两侧滑动外螺纹型芯拼合的组合型芯成型瓶盖的内螺纹和内孔,滑块斜楔双推板式二次推出机构实现瓶盖内螺纹一次脱离型芯和瓶盖的二次推出。设计的二次推出机构结构新颖、简单、紧凑,工作可靠,通用性强,具有一定的参考价值。 According to the structure of plastic cap internal thread, combined core cohered by a fixed core in the middle and external thread core of sliding on both sides was designed to form the internal thread and hole of cap, and quadratic ejecting mechanism of slider and wedge dual push plate was designed to realize internal thread once deviating from core and the quadratic ejecting of cap. The designed quadratic ejecting mechanism was novel, simple, compact, reliable, high universality, with some reference value.
