足尺U型插板钢管连接强度-变形特性的非线性有限元分析 被引量:1

摘要 U型插板连接是一种较好的钢管结构连接节点形式,具有传力效果好、安装方便等优点。以4个足尺U型插板钢管连接节点的试验研究为基础,采用大型非线性有限元分析程序DIANA进行试验节点建模和非线性分析,考察了U型插板连接的荷载-变形特性,与试验得到的荷载-变形特性进行比较,探讨非线性有限元分析的可靠性;同时,分析比较有限元模拟与试验得到各节点的极限承载力。另外,分析节点达到限承载力时U型插板连接节点的主压应力分布特点,探讨并验证试验中连接节点的破坏失效模式。 U-type flashboard connection is a good kind of joint for steel tube structure,which has good effect on force transmission and convenient installation, etc. In this paper, the modeling and nonlinear analyses of the test connections are carried out, based on the test study of four U-type flashboard connection. The load-deformation characteristic of U-type flashboard connections is investigated and compared with the test results,and the reliability of nonlinear analysis with FEM is discussed. Simultaneously,the ultimate bearing capacity is checked. Besides,the distribution of principal compressive stress in ultimate state is analyzed for the U-type flashboard connections, and the failure modes of the U-type flashboard connection are validated.
