摘要
采用树脂全容量交换技术及套碱工艺,实现碱性流出液与硫氰酸钠产品分离。经现场标定,改进后的腈纶污水系统硫氰酸钠回收率由原来的56.4%提高到84.7%左右,产品硫氰酸钠中NVI去除率由88%提高到93%。新工艺应用后,可以创造200万元/a的经济效益。
The full resin exchange capacity technology and the formulated alkali process were used to realize partial separation of alkaline effluent and sodium thiocyanate.After test run on site,the sodium thiocyanate recovery rate of the improved acrylic fiber sewage system was increased to about 84.7% from 56.4%,and the removal rate of NVI in the product sodium thiocyanate was increased to 93% from 88%.The application of the new process can create 2,000,000 Yuan/a economic benefit.
