合理选用保温材料实现管网节能降耗

摘要 锦西石化分公司蒸汽管网系统管线采用老式珍珠岩保温材料,安装HT-3型管托。运行多年,保温破损严重,管托位移严重,导致保温隔热效果不佳,造成巨大的热损失。文中通过对GR型隔热管托与传统HT-3型管托热损失的试验数据对比,说明了蒸汽管网管线使用复合硅酸盐和岩棉的保温材料以及GR型隔热管托,可以减少了蒸汽热损失,降低了能耗,经济效益显著。 The traditional perlite heat insulation material has been used for pipelines of the steam pipe network system of Jinxi Petrochemical Company,with HT-3 pipe brackets installed.After many years operation,the insulation has been badly damaged,pipe racket position has changed a lot,and these caused poor insulation result and tremendous heat loss.Comparison of test data of heat loss was made between GR insulation pipe bracket and traditional HT-3 pipe bracket,and the result shows,using compound silicate insulation material and GR type insulation bracket can reduce steam heat loss,decrease energy consumption and has significant economic benefit.
