摘要
中小企业财务管理存在一定的问题和薄弱环节,不能适应企业经济持续、快速、健康发展的需要。加强中小企业财务管理应提高中小企业负责人和会计人员素质,加强会计基础工作,加强外部监管力度,优化配置会计资源。
Middle and small enterprise＇ s financial management has certain problem and weak point. It can not adjust the requirement of develop the economy continuously, fasdy and healthy. In order to strengthen the financial management of middle and small enterprise, it should promote the quality of manager and accountant, strengthen accounting basic work, enlarge outside supervising power and optimize disposing accounting resources.
