摘要
为体现以人为本的设计理念,在建筑设计中体现对弱势群体的关怀,住宅设计应如何适应老龄社会,如何满足老年人的住房需求,已成为我们所面临的、迫切需要考虑的问题。本文总结了国内外对于老年人居建筑设计的现状,分析了老年人生理及心理的特性,并就此对老年人的居住建筑设计进行了探索和分析。
It is an important problem for the residential building design to meet the demands of old people and to adapt old - aged society. This paper summarizes the actuality of residential building for old people both here and abroad, analyzes the old people＇s physical and psychological characteristics and discuses experience of architecture design.
