摘要
节能减排是关系到国计民生的大事,国家早就有约束性指标。该文以水泥生产为例,依据科学发展观详细论述了降低煤耗、利用新线余热、降低电耗的综合能耗等诸多方面应采取的措施。
Energy- is important for country development. This paper states the measures of reducing coal consuming, utilizing the reat heat and reducing electric consuming according to science development taking cement production as the example.
