肿瘤抑素的研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 肿瘤抑素(tumstatin)是一种内源性血管生成抑制剂,是整合素依赖性的具有抗肿瘤血管生成和抑制肿瘤血管内皮细胞增殖的活性蛋白。越来越多的研究使人们对tumstatin体内外的生物学特性、复杂的抗肿瘤信号机制和与整合素之间的联系都越来越了解;而且基因治疗方面的研究进展也让人们认识到tumstatin巨大的临床价值。现就这几方面的基础研究和临床新进展作一综述。
