摘要
目的:研究非4°条件ACD、CPDA全血保存过程中ATP变化特点。方法:荧光素-荧光素酶法。结果:4°C、22°C、28°C、33°C条件下ACD、CPDA全血在保存过程中ATP变化随温度的升高而加剧,非4°C条件下同一温度组保存1d后CPDA组与ACD组差异有显著性意义。结论:以ATP值大于1.5μmol/gHb为临界,提出了血液保存的有效期限。
Objective:To study the ATP of ACD and CPDAblood during the preservation under non4°C conditions.Methods:Measure the value of ATP by fluorophotometry.Results:The value of ATP changed at 4°C was compared with those at 22°C,28°C and 33°C during blood preservation. CPDAblood containing adenine maintained higher ATP than ACDblood at above temperatures.Conclusion:According to the permitted lowest limit of ATP (1.5 umol/gHb), we found the new RBC survival periods under 22°C,28°C,33°C.And the CPDAblood may maintain higher ATP than ACDblood at above temperatures.
