Endosteal pigmented villonodular synovitis in hip joint

目的：报告我科今年收治的１例骨内性绒毛结节性滑膜炎患者。方法：通过这一病例，全面地复习并分析了近期的国内国外文献。结果：对这一疾病的诊断与治疗提出了自己的观点。

Objective:To report a case received and trealed this year in our department, which was diagnosed as endosteal PVS in hip joint according to the pathology after operation.Methods:We discussed something about the diagnosis, different diagnosis and therapy on this article combining with the literature review. Results:Our own idias about the diagnosis, different diagnosis and therapy of this disease are displayed, and the specific diagnostic value of MRI is particularly emphasised.
