墨西哥刺参对大鼠脂质代谢的调节作用 被引量:1

Effects of Isostichopus fuscus on the Lipid Metabolism in Hypercholesteremic Rats

摘要 研究墨西哥刺参(Isostichopus fuscus)对大鼠脂质代谢的调节作用及其机理。采用灌胃高脂乳剂方法建立实验性高胆固醇血症大鼠模型,检测模型大鼠血清总固醇(Total cholesterol,TC)、甘油三酯(Triglyceride,TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(Lowdensity lipoprotein cholesterol,LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(High density lipoprotein cholesterol,HDL-C)含量;肝脏TC、TG含量和肉毒碱棕榈酰转移酶-1(Carnitine palmitoyl transterase-1,CPT-1)、过氧化物酶体β-氧化酶系(perox-isomalβ-oxidation enzymes)、磷脂酸磷酸酶(Phosphatidic acid phophyhydrolase,PAP)等脂质代谢相关酶活力;粪便总脂质、TC和胆汁酸含量。实验结果显示,墨西哥刺参能显著降低高胆固醇血症大鼠血清TC(P<0.01)、LDL-C(P<0.05)含量及LDL-C/HDL-C(P<0.05);显著降低肝脏TC(P<0.01)、TG(P<0.01)含量,提高肝脏CPT-1(P<0.01)、peroxisomalβ-oxidation enzymes(P<0.05)和PAP(P<0.05)活力;显著提高粪便中总脂质(P<0.01)、TC(P<0.01)和胆汁酸(P<0.01)含量。提示墨西哥刺参能有效调节高胆固醇血症大鼠脂质代谢,其主要作用机理是促进脂质在体内的分解代谢,同时抑制消化道内脂质的吸收。 The invesgation on the effects and mechanism of I. fuscus on the lipid metabolism in hypercholesteremic rats were conducted in this study. The model rats of Hypercholesteremic was established by administered orally with high fat emulsion. The indexes followed were examined, such as the contents of TC, TG, LDL-C and HDL-C of serum; the contents of TC and TG, the activities of CPT-1, peroxisomal β-oxidation enzymes and PAP of liver; the contents of total lipid, TC and bile acid of fecal. The results showed that I. fuscus could decrease the contents of TC(P 〈 0.01), LDL-C(P 〈 0.05) and the AI(P 〈 0.05) of serum significantly; reduce the accumulation of TC(P〈 0.01) and TG(P 〈 0.01), and enhance the activity of CPT-1 (P 〈 0.01), peroxisomal β-oxidation enzymes(P 〈 0.05) and PAP(P 〈 0.05) of liver markedly; increase the contents of total lipids(P 〈 0.01), TC(P 〈 0.01) and bile acid(P 〈 0.01) of fecal effectively. It can be concluded that I. fuscus could improve the disturbance of lipid metabolism induced by hypercholesteremia, mainly through the way of enhancing the catabolism and inhibiting the absorbtion of lipids.
