CT对喉癌的诊断作用(附100例分析)

CT Diagnostic Utility of Laryngeal Carcinoma: 100 Cases Analysis

目的：探讨ＣＴ对喉癌的诊断价值及限度。材料和方法：回顾性分析１００例喉癌的ＣＴ资料，并与手术及病理结果进行对照研究。结果：１００例喉癌包括声门５１例、声门上癌２９例声门下癌６例、跨声门癌１４例；ＣＴ能够较好地显示肿块的存在、边界和范围，并提供结构间隙、甲状软骨受侵及颈部淋巴结转移的信息。ＣＴ可鉴别喉癌与声带息肉、喉乳头状瘤及喉结核。结论：ＣＴ是术前全面评价喉癌的一种准确可靠的方法。

Purpose: To evaluate CT Value and limitation in the diagnosis and staging of Laryngeal Carcinoma. Materials and Methods: CT Scans in 100 Patients with laryngeal Carcinoma were Performed. The CT findings were retrospectively reviewed and compared with surgical and pathologicl changes. Results: four types of laryngeal carcinoma were recongnized: Supraglottic carcinoma (51 cases), glottic Carcioma (29 cases), Subglottic Carcinoma (6 cases) and transglottic carcinoma (14 cases). The main CT features of the tumor characterized laryngeal structure thickenig or irregular soft tissue dense mass within larynx, with remarkable contrast enhancement after intravenous injection of Contrast agent. The detail tumor information, including its site, border, extension, invasion of laryngeal cartilage and local neck lymphadenopathy were well demonstrated by CT. The CT differentiating diagnosis of laryngeal Carcinoma from vocal cord polyps, laryngeal Papilloma and laryngeal tuberculosis was briefly discussed as well. Conclusion: The results of this study suggested that CT is a reliable way for preoperative accurate assessment of the lesion and for the surgical therapy plan.
