摘要
目的:髌骨骨折是一种常见的关争内骨折,手术治疗的方法较多,但多因需加用外固定而造成膝关节强直和股四头肌萎缩而影响功能恢复,功因内固定不牢固和材料刺伤软组织而引起疼痛等较多的并发症。本文旨在介绍和评价治疗髌骨骨折的一种新的术式。方法:进行离体髌骨模拟骨折半螺牙松质骨螺钉固定术的实验,对应用此方法治疗的39例髌骨骨折作了分析。结果:功能恢复优级33例,占84.6%;良级6例,占15.4%。结论:该术式无需任何外固定,有利于患肢早期功能锻炼,提早功能恢复,减少了金属物对软组织刺激引起的疼痛等并发症,疗效满意。
obiective Patella fractures are common intraarticular fractures,for which many surgical techniques are applied.However,inevitably the recovery of function may be affected by external fixation that causes stiffness of knee joint and atrophy of quadriceps femoris,or complications such as pains may be found because of the loose of internal fixation and the stab of materials to the soft tissues.The authors present and evaluate a new kind of technique for treating patella fractures.methods:Experimental extracorporeal simulated patella fracture halfthread cancellous bone screw fixation model was employed ,and 39 cases were analysed.results:In the recovery of function,33 (84.6%) scored excellent and 6 (15.4%) good.conclusions:None of any external fixations is needed,the therapy is available for the exercise of the wounded limb and the recovery of function as soon as early.Meanwhile,it reduces the complications resultiong from metallic irritation to the soft tissues.The therapeutic effectiveness is satisfactory.
