该文介绍了洛阳中心广场二期——周王城广场的规划设计,规划中提出了"展示周文化,畅想洛邑城,解读古轶事,体验中国‘心’"的设计指导思想。在尊重基址现状的基础上,充分利用洛阳周朝丰富的历史文化信息,将其应用于平面布局和铺装、园路等景观要素中,构建成富有历史文化特色满足市民休闲娱乐的综合性历史文化广场。

This article introduces the planning of Central Square （phase II）, Zhouwangcheng Plaza in Luoyang City, in which proposes the guidance ideas as ＂displaying the culture of Zhou Dynasty, memorizing the old Luoyang City, experiencing the archaic story and understanding the Chinese ＇heart＇ ＂. Based on the site current situation, the planning applies the rich historic information in Zhou Dynasty to the landscape elements, such as the general layout, the style of paving and pathway, which construct an integrated plaza characterized with cultural and recreational functions.
