Treatment to the Hemorrhage After Medicamentous Induced Abortion with Qingre Quyu Decoction

目的：评价清热祛瘀汤治疗药流产后出血疗效。方法：将停经≤49天的健康正常早孕妇女随机分3组，每组50例，组Ⅰ：药流产后即服诺氟沙星0.2g，3／日×4;组Ⅱ：西药同组1，在第1～3天服清热祛瘀汤;组Ⅲ：西药同组Ⅰ，第5天起不管孕囊是否排出加服清热祛瘀汤×5天。结果：组Ⅱ孕囊排出时间最短，直径较大，与其它二组相比，有显著差异（P＜0.05）;其恶心、呕吐发生率最低，具极显著差异（P＜0.01）。组Ⅲ流产后阴道出血量最少，出血持续时间最短，与组Ⅰ相比具极显著差异（P＜0.01）。结论：清热祛瘀汤对促进孕囊的排出，减少药流后出血等副反应是良好的。

To evaluate the effect of Qingre Quyu Decoction to treat the hemorrhage after medicamentous induced abortion. Methods：150 healthy women who had amenorrhea for less then 49 days were randomly divided into three groups with fifty women in each group.The first group orally took Norfloxacin after medicamentous induced abortion for four days，three times a day，0.2g each time.The second group took same western medicine with group I，but add Qingre Quyu Decoction in the first 3 days. No matter whether the conceptus discharged or not，the third group took Qingre Quyu decoction besides Norfloxacin on the fifth days for five days. Results：It showed that the second group discharged biggest conceptus in shortest time compared with other two groups（P ＜0.05）.Least incidence rate of side effect such as vommitting and nausea（P＜0.01）.The third group showed least vaginal bleeding and shortest duration of hemorrhage after induced abortion compared with first group（P＜0.01）.Conclusion：Qingre Quyu Decoction Showed remarkable effect to reduce side effect Such as hemorrhage and helped promoting the discharge of the conceptus.
