Review and Prospect China's Urban Housing Construction and Community Evolution since 1949

文章以阶段性划分及特征描述的方式对建国以来我国社区建设与社区发展的宏观背景、建设方式、物质空间特征以及社会空间特征等四个方面进行了梳理。主要历史阶段分别为:建国后直至20世纪50年代中后期的过渡改善期,其后至20世纪70年代初中期的波折调整期,至20世纪90年代中后期的恢复发展期,以及至今的市场化主导期。在此基础上,文章还就我国社区及社区规划的未来发展趋势进行了探讨。
