地震截瘫合并糖尿病及尿路感染临床分析(附18例报告)

Clinical Analysis of Paraplegic Patients of Earthquake Merging Diabetesand Urinal Tract Infection

我院1981年-1997年间收治住院的地震截瘫年龄40岁以上的患者235例，其中确诊糖尿病者18例，发病率为77％，明显高于同年龄组非截瘫人群．此文分析了发病率高的原因，阐述了尿路感染与糖尿病相互作用关系，提出了在治疗截瘫患者同时合并糖尿病、尿路感染时，要在良好地控制血糖的同时，及早、足量、合理应用抗生素。

In 235 cases paraplegic patients of earthquke who were hospitalized by our hospital in1981 - 1997. whole ages were older than 40, pahents who were diagnosed diabetes were 18, incidenceof a disease was 7.7%, it was higher obviously than crowd of the same age who were not paraplegicpatients. This article analysed the causes of the higher incidence, and interactive relahon between urinarytract infection and diabetes was expounded. When paraplegic patients merging diabetes and urinary tractinfection were treated, authors put forward that using antibiohc should be early date, sufficient,reasonable while blood sugar controled well.
