建筑实态调研中问卷设计解析——以西安地区小户型公寓实态调研为例

Questionnaire Design of Investigations on Architecture:Taking the Investigation on the Small-sized Apartments in Xi'an as an Example

问卷调查法是建筑实态调研中重要的调研方法之一,但问卷设计常存随意性,易造成调研数据失真,无法真正支撑结论。该文以西安小户型公寓设计的调研问卷编制为例,通过问卷效度和信度分析,对建筑实态调研中问卷设计的方法和步骤进行探索性研究。

Questionnaire survey is one of the most important means of investigation on architecture. However, due to the common randomness of questionnaire design, the data easily appears distortion and cannot support the conclusions. Taking the investigation on small-sized apartments in Xi＇an as the example, this article analyzes the validity and reliability of questionnaires and researches methods and steps of the questionnaire design of architectural investigation.
