摘要
本文对30名不接触任何已知遗传毒物的健康男工的口腔颊粘膜上皮脱落细胞微核进行检测,并分析其影响因素,结果表明:吸烟可使颊粘膜上皮细胞微核率改变,呈一定的剂量──效应关系;年龄和饮酒对颊粘膜上皮细胞微孩率无明显影响。此外,相关分析显示颊粘膜上皮细胞微核率与外周血淋巴细胞微核率问呈极显著的相关。本文结果提示:颇粘膜上皮细胞微核试验可作为一种遗传损害,尤以口腔为靶器官的毒物的简便易行的监测法。
The frequency of micronuclei in buccal mucosa cells of 30 normal men who had not exposed to any known cytogenetic toxicant was detected and the effecting factors were probed. The results showed that the smoking can change the frequency of micronuclei in buccal mucosa cells and it appear as a relationship of dose-effectiveness in some degree. The factors of the age and drinking did not influence the frequency. Furthermore, the correlation analysis showed that the frequency of micronuclei in buccal mucosa cells was significantly related with the frequency in peripheral blood lymphocytes. These results suggest that the frequency of micronuclei in buccal mucosa cells can be as a testing method for monitoring cytogenetic damage, especially in oral cavity.
