摘要
在对南岳衡山野生蔬菜资源的现状调查研究的基础上，系统分析了该地野生蔬菜的特点、食用价值和开发利用的现状，并指明了合理开发利用野生蔬菜资源的途径，为野生蔬菜资源的开发利用提供了科学依据．
Based on investigation of wild vegetable resources the characters of tics,value and situation of utilization of wild vegetables were analysed ways of proper uses pointed out. This offered some scientific foundations for developing wild vegetables.
