摘要
文中对直线电机驱动斯特林制冷机中的膜片弹簧进行了有限元分析,得到了几种载荷状态下的可视化变形图,并将计算结果与实验值进行了比较,验证了有限元方法的有效性。通过对应力集中、固有频率等方面的研究,对膜片弹簧的线型进行优化,以适应制冷机航天工作的要求。
Diaphragm spring in linear - driven Stifling cooler was analyzed by finite element method. The visible deformation graphics were presented for several cases of loads, and compared with the experimental data, then the validity of the finite element program was verified qualitatively. Through the analysis on the stress concentration and natural frequency, a new spiral flexure spring was developed in order to fit for the space use.
