摘要
针对新教师有无课堂教学机智这一问题,对福建省某小学任教一年的新教师采取随堂听课的形式进行案例分析,从缓解新教师课堂教学焦虑的角度出发,探讨了新教师课堂教学机智的特点,为新教师教学机智的自我养成提出了可供借鉴的建议。
The study is on how the beginning teachers' teaching wit in the classroom is. This paper analyzed the cases of the first-year service teachers on way of random-auditing classes at a primary school in Fujian province, then inquired into the characteristics of the beginning teachers' teaching wit, and gave some suggestions to them on how to self-bred the teaching wit.
