摘要
在分析我国政府集中代建机构的项目特征、组织结构形式以及项目管理模式的基础上,指出我国政府集中代建机构面临的问题,提出政府集中代建机构项目管理模式创新,并从信息化技术方面详细分析了我国政府集中代建机构管理创新的实现手段。
On the basis of analyzing project characteristics, organization structure, and project management model in China, the problems of centralized deputy construction management institution are pointed out, management innovation is also proposed. Finally, the information technical means to realize management innovation is analyzed.
