通过对基于项目管理条件下大型石油化工建设工程项目及组织的特点和项目工程文件存在问题的分析,寻找解决石油化工建设项目竣工资料存在问题的管理方法,从而为提高整个工程项目管理水平创造条件。

Through analysing the characteristics of large-scale petrochemical construction project and organization as well as the problems existing in project documents, this paper tries to find out the solutions to the problems of completion data for petrochemical construction projects, so as to provide conditions for improving construction project management level.
